Terms:
A deposit is due within one week of booking. Please make your
check payable to Mort Cohn. On receipt of your deposit, we will
confirm your reservation. Three week notice of cancellation
is required or possible forfeit of the deposit. Cancellation
fee $ 25.00. Balance payment is required upon check-in. Early
departure will not be refunded. Continental breakfast is optional.
